Your responsibilities
As a support technician, your primary task is to support, guide, and assist users with technical support over the phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will work in a Windows-based environment with troubleshooting and management of accounts and permissions. You will thrive in the role if you are service-oriented, enjoy helping others with technical problems, and are driven to find solutions! The workplace has experienced and helpful staff who will support you through all processes. Experience from similar work is not required but is a merit. The role does not involve sales and only supports corporate clients.
We are looking for you who
- Have interest, experience, and/or education in IT
- Are communicative and pedagogical in dialogue with colleagues, customers, and users
- Are engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
- Have a high school education (preferably in IT/technology)
- Have good technical knowledge
- Can express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- A driver's license (B) is a merit

Scope
Fixed-term employment from January 26, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Working hours: 07:00-22:00 every day of the week.

This position means that you will initially be employed as a consultant with us at OnePartnerGroup Jämtland. As a consultant with us, your consultant manager will support you in succeeding and thriving in your assignment, where we conduct continuous visits to our consultants to ensure availability, good health, and a good work environment.
